Dickinson County CEO was excited to welcome back Troy Leith, who continues to guide CEO students on the journey of self-awareness and professional growth.

In the first semester, Troy introduced students to the DISC personality profiles. This knowledge has been instrumental as students navigate team projects, build their businesses, and grow as young professionals.

This semester, Troy took things a step further by introducing the Predictive Index (PI)—a behavioral assessment that offers even deeper insight into workplace behavior. While similar to DISC, PI adds a valuable layer by helping individuals better understand how they naturally respond to their environment, what drives them, and how they can align their strengths with career paths and leadership roles.

Thank you, Troy, for sharing your expertise and showing us how to leverage our personality strengths to grow both personally and professionally!
