CEO students had the opportunity to learn from Julie Roller Weeks of the Abilene Convention & Visitors Bureau and Jennifer Waite, CEO Board Member and Chair of the Trade Show Committee.

Jennifer walked students through the expectations for their end-of-year Trade Show—a capstone event where each student showcases their self-made business and reflects on the growth they’ve experienced throughout the year. From invitations and booth design to decorations and display tips, she answered every question to help our students prepare for this exciting event!

Julie offered a behind-the-scenes look at her own professional tradeshow booth setup. She shared tips for creating an engaging space using color, layout variety, and strong communication strategies.

Together, the duo guided students as they began drafting their booth sketches and refining their presentations.
