Reflect, Learn, and Grow: January Mentor Day!

This Wednesday marked January's monthly Mentor Day for Dickinson County CEO students! It was a day of reflection and growth as students debriefed from their class business, discussing what went well and identifying areas for improvement. Through these reflective discussions, students gained valuable insights into planning and execution—key components of continuous professional development.

The last part of class shifted focus to the next big challenge: the Individual Business Project. Mentors dove into the steps of creating an individual business and began brainstorming ideas with their mentees. This collaborative process sparked creativity and set the stage for students to begin building their unique ventures.

A big thank you to our mentors for your guidance, wisdom, and encouragement. Your support is instrumental in helping these students take what they’ve learned and turn it into something extraordinary!
