On Wednesday, Dickinson County CEO students had the privilege of visiting Brierton Engineering. During the visit, students were introduced to Theresa, John, Ryan, and Maria. The team shared the company's history which was founded in 1984 to supply repair parts for ground support equipment axles. Over the years, Brierton Engineering has grown into a full-time manufacturing operation, producing a diverse range of custom axles.
After Theresa provided an overview of the business, John guided students through the business operations, design, and engineering processes. Ryan explained the customer purchasing experience, and Maria shared insights into the administrative and financial functions. The students gained a deeper understanding of how Brierton Engineering fills a unique niche in the axle industry.
A big thank you to Brierton Engineering for hosting our students and demonstrating how each aspect of the business contributes to its overall success!
