The DISC Index is a powerful tool for understanding personality tendencies. This year, Mr. Troy Leith explained that students should use this information in two key areas: (1) get to know yourself, and (2) recognize trends in other people. These insights are valuable in building self-awareness and improving relationships, both personally and professionally.
